Charlotte was accepted into the Northwestern University Research Intensive Scholarly Emphasis (RISE) program to work on a project related to how the desmosomal molecule Desmoglein 1 is trafficked to the cellular membrane and stabilized there. She will be in the Green lab for a year beginning June 1, 2023.
