Gao Laboratory at Feinberg School of Medicine

Studying cancer genomics and cardiovascular genomics with single-cell technologies and bioinformatics.

What We Do

The Gao Laboratory is dedicated to translating complex human genome data into new insights of cancer and aging diseases. At Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, we are experts in single-cell sequencing technologies and bioinformatics with a focus on developing and applying single-cell sequencing technologies and bioinformatic algorithms to dissect the cellular and molecular mechanisms of human diseases.
