Postdoctoral Research Opportunities
We seek enthusiastic and motivated scientists with a Ph.D. or MD in vascular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, molecular biology, genetics or related field and a track record of productivity. Applicants should send the following by email to Luisa at arispelab@northwestern.edu: a copy of their CV, a brief summary statement of their previous research experience and the names of three references.
Graduate Training Opportunities
Our lab is affiliated with several graduate training programs at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Once students have chosen a research lab, they become an important member of a team, including the principal investigator, two to three graduate students, one to two postdoctoral fellows, and a laboratory research associate. In addition to the experience gained at Feinberg, students have opportunities to travel to international labs and learn new methodologies through Feinberg faculty’s extensive collaborations with colleagues throughout the world.
Undergraduate Research Opportunities
We welcome applications for enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate students who would like to perform research projects in the lab. To be considered, students should hold a GPA of 3.6 or above, be able to spend 15-20 hours per week in the lab and be interested in spending multiple quarters doing research. Please send a CV listing GPA, courses taken, and previous research experience to Luisa at arispelab@northwestern.edu.
