The dataset presented here is supportive materials for our recent publication illustrating the projections of dopamine neuron subtypes using intersectional genetic strategies. Coronal brain images our presented in rostra-caudal order, named according to the closest level as displayed in Allen Reference Atlas. The resolution of the images might not allow to resolve individual axons in sparsely innervated regions.
