Postdoctoral Research Positions in BIGMed Lab 

We are looking for enthusiastic postdoctoral scientists. Candidates should have a PhD with expertise in nanomedicine, biology, bioengineering, immunology or molecular biology. Postdoctoral Fellow: Image-Guided (Nano)Medicine

A postdoctoral position is available at the Department of Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine to develop novel, image-guided medicine, including synthesizing nanotechnology-based platforms and biological evaluation. The specific research area includes:

  • Image-guided cancer immunotherapy
  • Synthesis and development of carrier materials
  • Molecular imaging of small animals as disease models
  • Image-guided medicine
Candidates should hold a PhD in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, medical science, materials science, biomedical engineering or a related field. They should have experience in cancer immunotherapy, synthetic chemistry, nanomedicine, pharmacokinetics, MR/PET/CT/ultrasound imaging and cancer therapy. We are particularly interested in candidates who would be willing to participate in other interdisciplinary projects related with (pre)-clinical studies. Also required is an exemplary record of peer-reviewed publications. The successful candidate must have strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
