Studying how innate immune cells contribute to the inflammatory damage associated with MS.

The Brown Lab

Our laboratory uses the rodent of model of Multiple sclerosis (MS), experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), to study how innate immune cells contribute to the inflammatory damage associated with this disease. Our goal is uncover basic immune mechanisms that mediate disease and use this information to develop new and more specific targeted therapies for MS.
