Pingdong Liang, PhD, joins the He Lab as a postdoctoral fellow. Pingdong earned his doctorate from Illinois Institute of Technology in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology where his research focused on intracellular host-pathogen interactions, specifically Chlamydia trachomatis.

Zuoheng Jack Qin, MS, a PhD student in Northwestern's Interdepartmental Neuroscience program, joins the He Lab. He is interested in studying the underlying mechanisms and therapies of neurodegenerative diseases such as Guillain-Barré syndrome and Huntington's disease. Prior to joining Northwestern, Jack earned a Master's degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences at the University of Melbourne.
