Our Research

The David Lab studies how RNA regulation shapes tumor biology and neural vulnerability. We combine single-cell RNA sequencing, long-read isoform sequencing, spatial transcriptomics and computational genomics with human tissue and experimental models. Our lab engages in a highly collaborative clinical and research environment at Northwestern, enabling rapid translation of discoveries to patient-relevant questions.
